SURAH AL HADID (THE IRON): AYAT 25 (QURAN 57:25)

Ironis a chemical element with the symbol Fe (from Latinferrum) and atomic number 26. It is a metal that belongs to the first transition series and group 8 of the periodic table. It is, by mass, the most common element on Earth, just ahead of oxygen (32.1% and 30.1%, respectively), forming much of Earth’s inner core. It is the fourth most common element in the Earth’s crust, and the predominant element in the Earth’s core.

According to National Geographic – The Earth’s inner core is a hot, dense ball of (mostly) iron. It has a radius of about 1,220 kilometers (758 miles). Temperature in the inner core is about 5,200° Celsius (9,392° Fahrenheit). The pressure is nearly 3.6 million atmosphere (atm). The iron is believed to mainly be deposited by meteorites in its metallic state, with its ores also being found there.

The Quran has a chapter titled Al Hadid – translated as “The Iron” which has multiple signs for those willing to ponder. Al Hadid( The Iron) is the 57th Surah (chapter) of the Quran. The Quran has 114 total Surahs with Al Hadid (Iron) being at the center at 57 (114/2 =  57). Iron is also predominantly the composition of the center of the Earth with it making up almost the entirety of the Earth’s Core. Also – Iron’s atomic number is 26 which also happens to be the gematrical value of word Iron in Arabic “حديد” is 26.

There are  5100 verses in the Quran prior to Iron being mentioned in Surah Al Hadid (57:25). There is also approximately 5100 km to the inner core of earth.

From Britannica: With a radius of almost 3,500 km (2,200 miles), Earth’s core is about the size of the entire planet Mars. About one-third of Earth’s mass is contained in the core, most of which is liquid iron alloyed with nickel and some lighter, cosmically abundant components (e.g., sulfur, oxygen, and, controversially, even hydrogen). Its liquid nature is revealed by the failure of shear-type seismic waves to penetrate the core. A small, central part of the core, however, below a depth of about 5,100 km (3,200 miles), is solid iron.

Also Surah Al Hadid /  Ayat 25 states: ” And We sent down iron, in it great might, and benefits for humanity. ”

Iron meteorites, also called siderites or ferrous meteorites, are a type of meteorite that consist overwhelmingly of an iron–nickel alloy known as meteoric iron that usually consists of two mineral phases: kamacite and taenite. Most iron meteorites originate from cores of planetesimals, with the exception of the IIE iron meteorite group. The iron found in iron meteorites was one of the earliest sources of usable iron available to humans, due to the malleability and ductility of the meteoric iron, before the development of smelting that signaled the beginning of the Iron Age. It was sent down from the skies to benefit humanity!
